Full drive plugged into new Windows 11 install appears as encrypted and empty

I've got an HP Omen workstation that needed to go back HP. I unplugged all drives and sent it. When it came back, I completed the Windows 11 installation and plugged my drives back in.

They now all appear empty and with BitLocker turned on.

I tried to "unlock" the drives using manage-bde.exe -unlock and pass the BitLocker key that's on my Windows account but I get

My OS is Windows 11 Home 25H2 and the drives are in NTFS. There are 2 SATA drives and 1 M.2

I'm hoping the data is still fine and it's just Windows being silly. The PC didn't have the time to wipe out and 3TB of data in the short time it took to boot and show the empty drives.

Any idea what I can do to get my data back?

Output of the disk management:

I only gave the output of drives C: and F:
The other 2 are the same output as F: Only C: drive is shown as non-empty.

I tried to "unlock" the drives even though they show as unlocked in an attempt to force them to use another key.
Because they are shown as empty while they were all at least 80% full.
