Bitcoin core wallet transaction password

Hello i have been collecting bitcoin in bitcoin core wallet now i want to transfere it to other but donot know how to and it is asking for a transaction passowrd bow to acess that. Please help

Did you save your secret key? Or "special" fine that cointains your login information? If not, then you cannot really recover your wallet anymore.
