This is driving me insane. The Imigrasi eVisa website says that my account exists and that my email address is valid, and the “Forgot Password” tool works: I can receive the reset link and change my password successfully.
However, I still cannot log in no matter what I try. Some Reddit posts suggest disabling VPNs, using different browsers, or trying again at different times of day, but none of those fixes have worked for me.
They have ignored my emails, WhatsApp messages, phone calls, and social media messages. Their Live Chat also keeps auto-responding that I contacted them outside business hours, even when I did not.
Has anyone else experienced this issue, and is there any reliable way to fix it or contact someone who can manually reset the account?
